New City‑Pair Records
In preparation for the 2025 Paris AirShow, Gulfstream’s G700 demonstrator established two new city‑pair speed records:

- San Francisco → Paris (4,947 nm) in 9 hours 26 minute, also at Mach 0.91.
Powered by Sustainable Aviation Fuel
Both record-setting legs were flown entirely on 100 % sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Gulfstream is pursuing Sustainable Wings accreditation from the National Aeronautic Association to recognize this commitment to eco-friendly operations.
Cutting-Edge Performance Specs
Equipped with Rolls‑Royce Pearl 700 engines and optimized aerodynamics (including advanced winglets), the G700 delivers:
- Maximum operating speed: Mach 0.935
- High-speed cruise capability: Mach 0.90
- Over 80 city‑pair speed records achieved since entry into service
Highlight at Paris Air Show
Landing at Le Bourget with these accomplishments under its belt, the G700 is a standout presence in both flight demonstrations and static display. It will be further showcased alongside Gulfstream’s G600 from June 16–19, offering attendees a close look at its speed, range, and new sustainability credentials.
What It Means for Buyers
These milestone flights reinforce the G700’s status as an elite ultra‑long‑range business jet, combining unmatched speed, globetrotting range, eco‑forward fuel use, and luxury comfort. This makes it a top-tier choice for global executives, government leaders, and high-end charter operators.
