We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our international aircraft sales team with data-driven strategies and actionable insights.

The role includes:

Conducting market research to analyze global aviation trends, pricing benchmarks, and sales patterns.

Managing and maintaining accurate Salesforce data, including live updates on client interactions and deal pipelines.

Preparing key sales tools and documentation, such as aircraft valuations, market reports, aircraft comparisons, and spec sheets.

Assisting Sales Directors in preparing proposals, presentations, and detailed reports for prospective buyers and sellers.

Responding to online and telephone inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process.

Collaborating with the Marketing team to coordinate aircraft sales campaigns, e-blasts, and special projects.

Generating detailed reports on sales activities, inventory, and market trends for strategic decision-making.

Supporting business development efforts through client meetings, aircraft inspections, trade shows, and industry events.

Your Profile:

Proactive, analytical, and results-driven with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Strong data collection, analysis, and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (English required; second language preferred).

Tech-savvy and proficient in Salesforce, Jetnet, Amstat, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).

Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.

2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or private jet charter sales.

Willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Eligible to work in Geneva, Switzerland (EU passport required).
