OUR FOUNDER

Alain Leboursier brings over a decade of experience in private aviation, having built a distinguished career that started in charter operations and evolved to aircraft transactions.
He began his journey in aviation in 2012 in Geneva, Switzerland. After graduating from EHL (EHL Hospitality Business School) in 2013, he took a charter sales executive position quickly rose through the ranks. By 2017, Alain was appointed Sales Director, where he doubled both the sales team and company revenue. In 2018, he became a shareholder, and in 2020, he was named Global Managing Director.
Under his leadership, the Geneva based company evolved from a single office brokerage into a global private aviation group with over 80 employees, 8 international offices, and more than $150 million in annual revenue.
Recognizing a growing demand for independent, expert-led aircraft transactions, Alain launched a dedicated Aircraft Transaction Department within the company in 2019. Over three years, he successfully led acquisitions, sales, and trades for a wide variety of aircraft from Cessna and Dassault to Boeing, Gulfstream, and Bombardier serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and government clients worldwide.
In 2024, Alain founded Jetrock with a clear mission: to deliver aircraft transaction services with greater precision, transparency, and agility. By focusing exclusively on acquisitions, sales, and trades, Jetrock brings a data-driven, client-centric model to a complex and often opaque market redefining what buyers and sellers can expect from their aviation partner.
