We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our international aircraft sales team with data-driven strategies and actionable insights.

The role includes:

  • Conducting market research to analyze global aviation trends, pricing benchmarks, and sales patterns.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate Salesforce data, including live updates on client interactions and deal pipelines.
  • Preparing key sales tools and documentation, such as aircraft valuations, market reports, aircraft comparisons, and spec sheets.
  • Assisting Sales Directors in preparing proposals, presentations, and detailed reports for prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Responding to online and telephone inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to coordinate aircraft sales campaigns, e-blasts, and special projects.
  • Generating detailed reports on sales activities, inventory, and market trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting business development efforts through client meetings, aircraft inspections, trade shows, and industry events.

Your Profile:

  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (English required; second language preferred).
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Salesforce, Jetnet, Amstat, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or private jet charter sales.
  • Willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
  • Eligible to work in Geneva, Switzerland (EU passport required).
